Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped UPS from Country Traditions Lighting in Massachusetts. Some larger chandeliers are shipped freight. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges, which are added to Buyer’s invoice.
Every effort is made to process and ship your order within 4-6 weeks. All fixtures are made to order.
Fixtures come with 3′ of chain and 6′ of wire. Hooks are optional for an additional charge.
Fixtures shown with hooks do not reflect the additional charge. Extra chain, wire and hooks can be purchased on Other Items page.
We are not responsible for packages delivered and left unattended. Items can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. Damages during delivery are the responsibility of the delivering company and all claims must be made through them directly.
We warranty our products against defects in workmanship and materials for a full year from date of invoice. The warranty is ineffective against improper installation and usage. Please inspect your order when it arrives. We can not accept responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged in shipment.
Authorization must be obtained from Country Traditions Lighting prior to returning merchandise. Please call for an RGA number which must be marked on the returning carton(s). Returned goods must be in the original factory cartons, and shipped prepaid. Country Traditions Lighting is not responsible for returned merchandise without a proper RGA number. Credit will be issued after our inspection. Items must return in as bought condition. Store credit is issued for all non damaged items. Items delivered with defects from the factory will be entitled to a cash refund if preferred. Please have your invoice number and item number when calling for a returned goods authorization number.
Country Traditions Lighting reserves the right to change and modify the above conditions at any time. Prices effective October 7, 2013. Due to the nature of hand painting and monitor settings, colors may vary slightly.
